MANAGEMENT ADVISORY SERVICES
Management Advisory Services is the practice of outsourcing day-to-day management responsibilities and functions as a strategic method for improving operations and cutting expenses.
We have worked with the National Minorities Development and Finance Corporation (NMDFC) and came up with a software solution to drive digitization in the organization. We provide end-to-end advisory services starting from the conceptualization of a project to its real time execution.
We engaged with Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency to prepare a survey and village DPRs (Detailed Project Reports) of the TSP (Tribal Sub-Plan) areas (Household Survey and Village Survey) in 121 villages of Gajapati and Kandhamal districts in Odisha. Based on the Survey Reports we provided, Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency distributed solar lights to the households in 2015.
