Disaster Management & Safe Workplace Policy
We believe in providing our employees a safe and secured workplace. We also make sure that service to our clients is not affected by any kind of disaster which may affect our workplace. We have been investing extensive time and resources in ensuring that we identify all hazards at work and simulate our emergency response plans. Once a potential hazard or unsafe work practice is identified, we analyse it to determine its nature, cause and impact and ensure that the situation never arises. We audit all our Electrical equipment and service lines or short-circuit, over drawl, and loose connection thus preventing the possibility of an accident. Fire safety drills and emergency evacuation drills are conducted periodically. We have robust plans to deal with natural disasters like flood, cyclones, or other weather disasters.
We have prepared and activated holistic contingency and operational continuity plans with fully dedicated workstreams for our Global business services ensuring our employees and customers are not affected.
During the era of pandemic, we have been working tirelessly to ensure first and foremost, the health, safety, and well-being of our associates. workplace safety policy that takes care of the Employee Self-Screening Guidelines, Social Distancing Guidelines, Best Practices, Cleaning and Disinfecting practices.
